Martha Pearson Lee

Hi All,

Where has the time gone?  It seems like just yesterday that I studied Architecture at UC Berkeley and the Univ of Bordeaux, France, graduating in 1972.  In 1974 I married fellow architect, Kerwin Lee.  I was blessed to gain not only a life long companion, but an incredibly close knit Chinese American family.  We lived in Oakland for 13 years and then, the day after our 20 year reunion, moved back over the hills to Lafayette where we raised our two children.  Eric (26) is finishing grad school in Mole Bio in Colorado and Kirsten (23) is just starting dental school in Ohio.  I am licensed as both an Architect and Landscape Architect and have worked for variety of firms, as well for myself, in San Francisco and the East Bay. For the past 15 years I have worked as a Landscape Architect in Walnut Creek focusing on parks, schools, and athletic fields.  After reading my fellow classmates bios, maybe it’s nearing time to retire to pursue my other passions which include hiking and skiing in the Sierra, kicking back in Maui, travelling, and gardening (does it ever need work)!  Hope to catch up with you all at the reunion.
